On 11/11/11 and at approximately 11am, the City Commissioners and Veterans gathered in the City Auditorium for a special ceremony honoring those that have served. Colton's school classmates provided some of the entertainment as they sang a patriotic song. You can't see Colton in the video because he was in the 2nd row but he was singing and bobbing his head as usual.
I took the usual shots of the parade...
But then I couldn't resist a What Not To Wear moment. Check out this ladies boots. They are shiny silver moon boots with a short skirt. When I get to be 50 years old, I hope I don't think these are cool.
